Roots and Wings

Roots & Wings:

A series of enrichment programs designed with current & specific needs in mind.

Introducing Roots and Wings. Parents – You asked and we listened. We have come up with a range of programs to answer your concerns.

Roots and Wings enrichment programs are not part of the usual therapy we run, instead these programs have been created with current needs in mind. So whether it’s helping with language enrichment for bilingual speakers or offering a toddler time program to facilitate language development in light of recent lack of socialising, we aim to bring you language enrichment programs that tackle current issues for your child’s language development.

Toddler Time

For 2-3 Year Olds

2020 has been a challenging time for so many reasons and our lives have changed in so many ways.
We have received many calls from parents who are worried about their toddler’s language development.
Our 2 year olds don’t seem to be talking as much as they should- is this because they have not been able to socialise as much as they would’ve normally?
To help bridge this gap and to help support you the parents, we have created Roots & Wings- Toddler Time program which aims to facilitate language development and at the same time provide TOP TIPS for you to use at home to continue the language learning process.

Portuguese Language Enrichment

For 3-7 Year Olds

Promoting Portuguese as an inheritance language for children living in Singapore who are part of the Brazilian / Portuguese community.

We believe that promoting Portuguese language learning, whilst focusing on the stimulation of cognitive and linguistic skills, facilitates the general development of children’s communication skills.

Target group: 3 to 7 year olds, Portuguese speakers with typical language development skills, residing in Singapore.

English Enrichment

For 3-7 Year Olds

There are many children in Singapore for whom English is a second language. Learning more than one language can be tricky and we can be there to help support children’s bilingual language development, promoting the importance of their mother tongue exposure and second language learning.
